Return Policy


What items are returnable?

  • Item(s) in its original condition with its original tags
  • Item(s) that have not been washed, worn or tampered with in any way
  • Item(s) are only eligible for return within 14 calendar days of purchase.
  • If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customer’s expense, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
  • Sales can be returned for store credit only

What items are not eligible for return?

  • Items without original UFFK tags
  • Free gifts/promotional items
  • Clearance items
  • Holiday items
  • Worn/ Washed items
  • Gift Certificates

 Are there any fees for returns? Yes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Restocking fee may apply

 How soon will I receive a refund?

  • Unique Finds for Kids will happily refund the cost of the returned merchandise once the merchandise has been received and has passed inspection.
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 8-10 business days.

 What if the item is damaged or defective?

  • Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods.
  • Holiday items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 5 days.

Can items be exchanged? 

Items can be exchanged for the same item (different size or color) or you can receive a store credit which can be applied to a new order.  Please note: shipping fees will be at customers expense. 

What if the item(s) is stolen?

All packages are 100% insured until the courier tracking shows that it has been delivered. If your order gets stolen, Unique Finds for Kids is not responsible.

Please note:

  • We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. You will responsible for the undeliverable fee
  • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from your refund.

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please email us at immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order.  We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
